Cancellation Policy

Allens Mechanical Services By booking a service with Allens Mechanical Services, you agree to the following policies: 1. Appointment Scheduling All appointments are scheduled based on availability. Booking a service request does not guarantee a specific time until confirmation is received from our team. 2. Confirmation Requirement All bookings must be confirmed via site, phone, text, or email before service is considered officially scheduled. 3. Arrival Window Service appointments may include a time window rather than an exact arrival time. Delays may occur due to emergency calls or job complexity. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Customers must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee. 5. Access to Property Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property and work area at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in delays or additional charges. 6. Service Changes Any changes to the requested service after booking may result in updated pricing and must be approved before work begins. 7. Agreement By booking any service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
